West Coast Entitlement offers three (3) levels of service:
For-hire consultants where we design, prepare plans, and provide representation at public hearings to the City or County for your project.
We purchase and entitle our own properties to sell to a builder for future construction.
Profit sharing. Partner with land owner where owner puts in the land and West Coast Entitlement prepares the entitlement for Project to be sold to builder for future construction.
